If you don't already know who Simoe Ardiel is, she is Rockway Vineyard's well-travelled new head winemaker. Ardiel has returned home to Ontario after travelling abroad, honing her skills as a winemaker. She has set her sights on building upon Rockway’s success to produce the best possible wines from its estate fruit.

“It’s important to me to bring more awareness to our wines and showcase the beauty of our property,” says Ardiel.
